Presenters:
Heather Fitz-Gerald is a Senior Project Manager at Ideaca with over 15 years of experience implementing Microsoft based ERP solutions in both Canada and the US. Industry experience includes wholesale distribution, process manufacturing, professional services, hospitality and not-for-profit with functional specialties in the areas of finance, eCommerce and systems integration. Heather holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University, a Masters degree from the University of Toronto and is a certified PMP.

Sonja Hamilton is the Director of Customer Sustainment at Ideaca with over 15 years of experience implementing IT solutions in Canada and the US. Her area of expertise is in Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft Dynamics AX. She is focused on aligning operational strategies with business objectives to ensure a value-driven approach to long-term support. Sonja holds a B.Sc. from the University of Guelph, a Masters in Business Administration from Dalhousie University and is certified in ITIL V3, Foundation level.
