To earn credits towards recertification, certification holders have the choice to pick from the list of pre-approved Continuing Education Program offerings. Learners must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the Cisco Continuing Education Program: Have a valid certification Have an Active certification status Recertification requirements must be met before the certification expiration date

What courses and offerings are available through the Continuing Education Program?

To get a list of pre-approved Continuing Education learning courses and offerings, download the Continuing Education items summary or log on to Continuing Education platform and click on 'Item Catalog'.

How can I enter Credits into the Continuing Education Program portal?

Once you log into https://ce.cisco.com , follow these steps to submit credits for validation: Click on 'Submit Items' Enter information in these fields: 'Item Name, 'Item Type', 'Select Provider', 'Start Date' and 'Completion Date' Check the 'Terms and Conditions' checkbox Click on 'Submit'

Your certification expires three years from the date you earn it and must be renewed before that expiration date. If you don’t know your expiration date, log in here.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

Each certification requires a certain number of CEUs for renewal. You earn CEUs by completing approved activities.

Continuing Education Fees

CE fees are required for renewal and must be paid prior to renewing your certification(s) unless you renew by earning a qualifying higher-level CompTIA certification or passing CertMaster CE. Note : CE Fees are not waived if the higher-level CompTIA certification does not fully renew the lower-level certification.

Multiple CompTIA Certification Renewal

If you hold more than one CompTIA certification, you only need to meet the renewal requirements for your highest-level certification. When you renew your highest-level certification, your lower-level CompTIA certifications will automatically renew as well.
