As a candidate for this exam, you’re a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys functional consultant. You’re responsible for implementing solutions that:

• Attract and convert leads.
• Build brand awareness.
• Standardize omnichannel messaging.
• Deliver marketing insights.

You’re responsible for:

• Configuring the core marketing application to include segmentation, email marketing, interactive customer journeys, and real-time journeys.
• Lead nurturing with personalized experiences, events, surveys, lead scoring, and analytics.
• Maintaining compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

As a candidate, you should have some knowledge of marketing principles and the Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys application's role in relationship to the Dynamics 365 suite of applications, including integration of:

Passing Criteria: 

• A passing score is 700 or greater.

Exam Duration:

• 120 Minutes

Recertification:

• Previously, Microsoft role-based and specialty certifications were valid for two years.
• Starting June 2021, certifications are valid for one year, but they can be renewed online for free at Microsoft Learn.
• The renewal window begins six months before the certification expires. During this window, before the cert expires, you can take a free online assessment and get the certification extended by one additional year from the current expiration date.
• Want the best of both worlds, old and new? Certifications earned before June 2021 will be valid for two years and eligible for the new renewal process.
