"We believe learning should be a never-ending process, as it alone fuels personal growth. We are honored to contribute to our student's growth every day," says Sarder.
I am from Bangladesh, one of the poorest countries in the world, yet where all parents expect their children to excel in school. This is how the value of lifelong learning was instilled in me at a young age.
I arrived in the US with a couple of suitcases and some books. Life was tough for me. I often worked several jobs, but I never gave up learning. I attended college and then pursued my American dream of creating a business. My degree was not in business, and I didn't know how to start a business. I taught myself sales, management, accounting, marketing, and the rest. My goal now that I have built a growing multimillion-dollar business is to pass on my love of learning to others.
Part of the way in which we are doing this is through the creation of this learning movement so that people can learn from the experiences of others who have created successful businesses and non-profit educational organizations and have become great educators, political leaders, or authors.
An integral part of our learning movement is a series of short videos where we ask people to share what has inspired them in their lives, what learning has meant to them, and why the concept of lifelong learning is so important to individuals and to the future of our world.

NetCom Learning has partnered with BRAC USA (Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee) to provide education for children in disadvantaged communities around the world, such as Bangladesh, South Sudan, Pakistan, and more. BRAC USA is a non-profit organization that works to help individuals create a better future for themselves and the communities in which they live. It has been a global leader in creating opportunities for the world’s poor since 1972. BRAC started as a limited relief operation in a remote village in Bangladesh and has now turned into the largest development organization in the world. Since then, its work now touches the lives of an estimated 126 million people, with staff and BRAC-trained entrepreneurs numbering in the hundreds of thousands—a global movement bringing change to 10 countries in Asia, Africa, and the Caribbean, with operations in the 11th country, the Philippines, launched in 2012. Through Love of Learning, we drive to multiply impact and reach those who would otherwise never have had the opportunity to learn.

The 5-step framework by Russell Sarder is a framework that enables you to be successful through a process of self-transformation. According to Zig Zigler, "You need a plan to build a house. To build a life, it is even more important to have a plan." As Russell points out, this plan for learning is an evolutionary process; it is a process that involves constantly evaluating and assessing progress so that you can make needed changes along the way. It is by this method of personal evaluation that one is able to learn, grow, and improve. Russell's 5-step learning plan allows you to reach business, career, or personal goals while helping you become a lifelong learner.
