In the first course of this series, Microsoft Word 2007 Level 1, you gained all the basic skills that you need to create a wide range of standardized business documents. If you use Microsoft Word 2007 on a regular basis, then once you have mastered the basic skills, the next step is to improve your proficiency.
Microsoft Office Word 2007 - Level 2 teaches students some intermediate skills that can be combined with basic skills to create more complex documents. Students will look at features such as inserting pictures or shapes, setting up columns of information, saving repetitive pieces of text or graphics for easy access at a later date, styles, and templates to produce professional-looking business documents. Students who complete this course can be on their way to preparing for a Microsoft Office Specialist exam. By completing the other levels available for this application students will have reviewed all of the exam objectives.
