Enable the CM Messaging application

Test and validate the implementation of Avaya Aura CMM

Perform migrations for Avaya Aura CMM

Diagnose and resolve installation problems with Avaya Aura CMM

<ul><li>Verify all login connections work. Log in to ASA and Putty with appropriate IP addresses</li><li>Verify all H.323 customer options</li><li>Create feature access codes for messaging using the dial plan and verify them after they are created</li><li>Set feature parameters for messaging</li><li>Set dial plan parameters</li><li>Change IP node names to include the CM Messaging</li><li>Add an IP interface for PROC and enable it</li><li>Create call coverage parameters</li><li>Save translations</li><li>Add the signaling group and trunk group for CM Messaging with the appropriate parameters</li><li>Verify the IP network region settings and change if required</li><li>Verify IP codec set parameters and change if required</li><li>Change route pattern to point to the trunk group for CMM</li><li>Change AAR analysis and set up the actual number that people will use to access CMM to retrieve messages</li><li>Change public unknown numbering to set up the extensions that will use voice mail</li><li>Change Audix node name and add the node names for AUDIX</li><li>Create a hunt group for messaging</li><li>Add a coverage path for messaging</li><li>Create stations an assign coverage paths</li><li>Save translations</li><li>Login to SMI and enable messaging</li><li>Perform switch link administration</li><li>Start the messaging application. Verify that CM and CMM both come up and are running</li><li>Troubleshoot if necessary</li><li>Set the CMM server parameters to configure voice mailboxes</li><li>Set system wide messaging parameters</li><li>Test your CMM configuration and verify the call goes to coverage</li></ul>
