Conducted through ITIL® Operational, Support & Analysis (OSA) online training and classroom based classes, the program focuses on the practical application of OSA practices. This course develops expertise to enable event, request, incident, access, problem, technical, IT operations and application management. The candidates cover topics related to procedures and information technology aspects for providing high quality services with reduced costing.
