Technical Trainer and IT Consultant for NetCom Learning
Richard has been an IT professional for over 30 years and a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since 1995. Throughout his career he has assisted companies to have better productivity, cost savings, more collaboration and efficiency through software deployment, migration and employee training. He has been working with Microsoft SharePoint since the first version was released in 2001, and was selected by Microsoft to contribute to the official SharePoint 2010 courseware. Richard's specialties include Windows Server, System Center, Windows 7, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Exchange.





Harsha Bennur
Partner Technology Advisor for Microsoft.
Harsha has been with Microsoft about 14 years in various services and advisory roles including managing the largest enterprise services program at Microsoft. She is a highly motivated technical and strategy leader with a proven track of quality deliverables and high customer satisfaction when driving end to end business development, services and support for multiple high profile strategic programs in enterprise and public sector customers. She has a passion to take on trusted advisor position with customer's executive management and to share the vision and future of technology solutions and products to solve everyday business problems.






Jason Keicher
Senior Developer Technology Specialist for Microsoft.
Jason is a Senior Developer Technology Specialist with Microsoft focusing on Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, Windows 8 and Mobile development. Prior to joining Microsoft, Jason was the Co-founder and Director of Technology of LTech, a software development startup focusing on enterprise search and cloud migrations. Jason has a Computer Science degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
