NetCom Learning's continued success yet again lands it on the 2012 Inc. 500|5000 List of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America
For a third year the premier IT training and learning company's profitable growth and continued expansion has earned it recognition
New York, NY - August 6, 2012 - NetCom Learning continues to expand and grow profitably every year since its founding 14 years ago. This success has once again earned the innovative leader in IT, business and executive training a spot on the 2012 Inc. 500 | 5000 List of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in America, representatives announced today. This is the third year that NetCom Learning has been recognized on the list. Previous inclusions have been in 2008 and 2011.
NetCom Learning Chairman and CEO Russell Sarder called it an honor to have the company recognized. "NetCom Learning has seen phenomenal growth, especially over the last few years so it really is an honor to be recognized. We attribute much of our recent growth to quality IT and business training solutions, excellent sales and marketing staff, highly qualified and trusted instructors and expansion that offers customers choice in how they learn," Sarder said.
Driven by the mission to grow profitably each year, NetCom Learning has done just that with June seeing record high sales. This growth was made possible by the company's expansion in both the number of learning programs it offers as well as its delivery methods. Adding new hires to its sales and marketing staff and gaining 46 percent more Google leads in January over the previous year has increased revenue. NetCom Learning moved to Washington DC in order to offer more physical locations and to be more accessible. It continues to add thousands of courses which can be accessed either at those physical locations, privately online or through its free webinars, Live Online Training and Boot Camps. In all, NetCom Learning offers more than 1,000 IT and soft skills business training courses by more than 20 vendors, such as leadership skills and team building.
With a Project Management Institute Rating significantly higher than the national average NetCom Learning has trained more than 80 percent of the Fortune 100, services over 45,500 business customers and advanced the skills of more than 71,000 professionals. Experienced instructors maintain an average instructor evaluation score of 8.6 out of 9.
Most recently NetCom Learning's accomplishments both in and out of the classroom have been recognized by several organizations. The company was recognized by Microsoft Corporation as its Worldwide Training Partner of the Year, and as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions. NetCom Learning's success has also led to its Microsoft revenue increasing by 88 percent year over year.
NetCom Learning was also named to the 2011 Training Companies Watch List by TrainingIndustry.com and was named "Company of the Year" by the American Business Awards. The company also received a Bronze Stevie Award from the American Business Awards for its proprietary Learning CMS and CEO Russell Sarder was honored as Executive of the Year by the same organization.
