The plan is simple; Pre‐pay for training, and NetCom will match your funds based on the table below ‐ Up to 100%. You then have 12 months to take courses, in any delivery format, as you need them.
TSP holders will also have access to our online registration portal to track budget and learning progress.

Rollover Protection: The funds in your Training Savings Pass are valid for 12 months from the day you start. If you do not deplete your funds within 12 months, you can roll over the remaining funds for another term, simply by signing up for a new TSP of any value. Any remaining funds from the previous period will be rolled over and added to the new Pass. Nothing gets wasted and there’s never a rush to take unnecessary training before the TSP expires.
