The class went well. I liked the format of learning the material followed by doing the test prep questions on Thursday. The instructor (Emilio) was great I thought and really appeared to know the content. Most of the people in the class had absolutely no networking experience what-so-ever and Emilio took time to try to explain the fundamentals...even though it still might have been too much for them/us to wrap our heads around.
Just the fact that everyone in the class passed (with most of them having NO previous networking experience) was a testament to Emilio's performance and the class material!

Emilio is a fantastic instructor. He was able to dynamically inject personal examples of situations he encountered directly relating to the material covered. These examples greatly enhanced the understanding of all of us students. Most of us he instructed are not system administrators, IT specialists or network security specialists. Emilio presented the material in a way that all of understood and comprehended. I cannot say enough about Emilio, he is responsible for all us achieving a passing score on the certification exam.
