The instructor was experienced and knowledgeable, the Netcom staff was helpful in setting up travel and the learning and hotel facilities (Las Vegas) were good. I think the Web Professional Developer class was very useful, with so much material to cover that it could be expanded into an additional advanced class.
I would recommend Netcom based on the knowledgeable instructor, the course content and delivery, the classroom facilities and professionalism of the staff who set everything up. Irene and Kandice were prompt and professional in contacting me. The Las Vegas training facility was convenient in its placement with the Desert Rose Inn. Hardware and software setup on the training computers was good
I was recently a student in the Java boot camp class. I would just like to say that my instructor for that course was one of the best that I''ve ever encountered at your facility - Arthur Gober. I've been a student of at least a dozen classes at NetCom and he is by far one of my favorites now. He was very methodical in the way he taught; he always ensured that I never fell behind in the material; he gave me a great foundation on which to build on in regards to Java programming. He actually inspired me to become a better programmer and for that I will always be grateful.
