Introduction

This track provides expert led, hands-on training to develop your technical skills on effective operation and support of personal computers. You will learn how to install, upgrade, repair, configure, troubleshoot, optimize, and perform preventative maintenance of personal computers and operating systems.
Upon learning the material taught in this track, participants will qualify for an entry level help desk technician position, and have the knowledge base to advance much farther.
