NetCom is an exciting, growth–oriented IT and Project Management Training Provider. We are growing rapidly and have an immediate need for an experienced IT technical engineer who can ensure smooth operation of technical classes and the office network.

This is an outstanding opportunity to secure a full time IT Technical Engineer position with a leading IT and Project Management Training company.

• Provide hands–on assistance along with technical direction to the technical support team to ensure exceptional performance of our classes and office network
• Passionately work towards a goal of no–issues for all classes, with proper planning and resource allocation
• Work to effectively configure, manage, and support all aspects of network operations which include our internal network, classrooms network, and external remote classes.
• Apply significant knowledge of industry best practices to improve service to our clients.
• Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
• Communicates, enforces, and works with the team to effectively manage all technical standards
• Works to effectively follow detailed weekly project schedule
• Consistently delivers high–quality services to all internal and external customers.

• Microsoft Operating System Server Setup, Microsoft Exchange, monitoring, optimization and maintenance
• Ability to diagnose, repair and upgrade desktop and notebook hardware. Experience with fleet management a strong plus.
• Network administration and management for a wired–and–wireless network. Strong understanding of routing, switching, and VPN systems a plus.
• Office system maintenance including: email, VOIP, file server and backup systems
• Ghost Image software experience. Need to be able to create ghost images as well as experience work with ghost images.
• Virtualization experience a plus
