Sales Manager

Our ideal Sales Manager candidate should have 4+ years of direct IT Training sales experience selling to corporate C- level Decision Makers. He/she will have a proven record of building, managing and maintaining a successful sales team. Sales Manager will be a coach and mentor to the sales team while helping them improve their performance.

The primary focus will be to develop a sales team of 10 – 15 salespeople through our proven Sales System. We will train you on how to successfully implement this "System". Prior training industry and/or technology sales experience is a plus. As a Sales Manager you will report to the VP, Sales and be an integral part of a close-knit center management team.

NetCom has provided training to more than 90% of Fortune 1000 companies, Government agencies and thousands of mid-small sized businesses. This position is centered around building stronger relationships and increasing our presence in these accounts, particularly centered in and around Manhattan, NY and neighboring areas.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide consultative solutions to meet clients learning / training objectives.
  • Aggressively penetrate corporate accounts.
  • Set and attain progressively increasing sales and collection goals.
Qualifications Include:
  • Sales experience required (4+ years in IT training industry preferred).
  • Strong communication skills for communicating with C-level management and DMs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • High productivity with minimal supervision.
  • Dynamic, straightforward and honest team player.
  • Proficiency in computer desktop software applications.
