NetCom Learning Stays Ahead as First Training Organization to Offer Brand New CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician Training
NetCom Learning was the first official IT Training organization to offer public schedules for the CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician since it was made available in November of 2011
New York, NY - January 16, 2012 - According to CompTIA, NetCom Learning was the first IT Training organization in the country to obtain the necessary curriculum to offer CompTIA's newest course, CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician training. The training curriculum was made available for purchase in November of 2011.
NetCom Learning offered their first official delivery of the training on January 5th in their Midtown Manhattan location in New York City. The class was conducted by an Industry leading instructor with successful student rate. Right on par with their usual high standards-the Instructor who conducted this class received a rating of 8.8 out of 9 in the student evaluations.
The CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician will provide students with the knowledge and skills required to implement, deploy, and support Health IT systems in various clinical settings. Successful candidates will understand regulatory requirements, healthcare terminology/acronyms, and possess a basic understanding of practice workflow while adhering to code-of-conduct policies and security best practices.
The addition of this course is part of NetCom Learning's growth plan-which highlights the future openings of new locations in DC, Pennsylvania, Texas and California. Furthermore, this new course will allow NetCom to continue its proven record of execution as it looks to grow for the 15th consecutive year since its inception in 1998.
Business magnate, author and NetCom Learning CEO, Russell Sarder, is very excited about NetCom's newest course offering and believes it will help grow the company in 2012. "Healthcare IT is one of the fastest growing sectors in the United States," said Sarder. Staying up to date in the Industry is vital to NetCom's success. "One of the key reasons NetCom Learning is able to grow so quickly is our ability to develop and deliver training programs in the latest technologies that are in high demand," said Sarder.
The demand is certainly there for this training as the federal government has estimated approximately 50,000 new healthcare IT job openings, which will help fulfill the thousands of healthcare practices that are expecting to use EHR systems, according to sources. To fulfill these jobs, employers will first look at potential employees who hold a CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician certification.
NetCom Learning will next offer this class in their Arlington, Virginia, location on February 13th and again in New York City on February 27th. The first official offering in NetCom's Las Vegas location will be held on April 23rd.
