NetCom Learning Announces its Expansion Plan, Which Includes the Recent Addition of Nine Employees and the Goal to Double that Number
With the company experiencing exciting growth, it's a great time to become part of the NetCom Learning team
New York, NY - September 22, 2011 - NetCom Learning has revealed some exciting growth plans, which include territory expansion and the hiring of new team members, the company announced today.
The company has also added seven sales people to expand into new territories. NetCom Learning has broken down the entire sales and marketing department into four regions including the Northeast, Midwest, West and South, and the Washington, D.C. area. The company is already strong in the Northeast and the Washington, D.C. markets but plans to increase penetration efforts in the existing market as well as push heavily to gain a share in new markets. NetCom Learning has hired two customer service representatives to improve evaluations and further improve its NPS score (Net Promoter Score), which is already the best in the learning industry. NetCom Learning's instructor evaluation score last year was 8.5 out of 9.
Russell Sarder, NetCom Learning Chairman and CEO, said the expansion plans are all about maintaining the trust of the company's clientele.
"Our mission is to grow this company profitably each year by becoming the most respected and trusted learning organization. So far we have accomplished that, but we need to continue to strive to do what we can to improve the services we provide our students, because they continually strive to learn more about the IT industry," Sarder said.
NetCom Learning is looking for a Training Manager, Marketing Director/VP of Marketing, Sales Manager, Educational Consultant/Sales, Customer and Sales Support Representative, Research and Marketing Associate, Customer Service Representative, Instructors/Trainers and an IT Technical Engineer.
