Customized Training Solution to Renew PMP Certification

Two leading companies with employees with certifications in project management from the Project Management Institute (PMI) contacted NetCom Learning to see how they could help their employees keep their project management certifications current in the most efficient way. The clients wanted to ensure that their employees could complete the qualifying coursework required by PMI and earn the necessary professional development units (PDUs) as quick and as efficiently as possible. The companies were looking for group classes that their employees could take together. As the current course scheduling would not meet company needs they looked to NetCom Learning to come up with a workable solution that would both save them money and employee time.
NetCom Learning, a registered education provider for PMI, responded quickly with a learning solution that would allow both companies to get their employees the training they needed to keep their project management certifications from PMI current. In order to train the nine students from one company and the twelve students from the second company, NetCom Learning devised an o site training course to meet client needs and then worked closely with the Project Management Institute to have the coursework approved for professional development units. NetCom Learning offers a variety of coursework that is approved by the Project Management Institute that qualify for professional development units (PDUs). These classes include courses in Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, Microsoft Project, SharePoint,Crystal Reports, CompTIA Project+, CompTIA Strata and CISSP communication coursework.
The customized solution provided by NetCom Learning was able to provide the training the employees needed quickly and efficiently, getting the employees of the companies up to date on the training material, and allowed them to earn the PDUs they needed to maintain their certifications. The companies knew that the training material had been approved by PMI so they could be assured that the coursework could be used toward earning PDUs. The employees from each company were able train together so there was less time lost from work and they were able to implement what they had learned in a combined effort. The solution provided by NetCom Learning was able to meet both corporate and management needs and the individual needs of the employees.
