The SQL training is allowing Steve to better serve his existing customers and gives him the skill sets he needs in order to win SQL contracts based on being able to deliver business intelligence reporting capabilities. He has decided he needs to study the material and use it in the field before sitting for his certification exam in SQL, but he feels the training was very helpful in learning the material. I was able to learn technology, face to face, from experts in their fields, Steve said. He was also grateful for the information he received about the class, saying that the link to the website was just the training he needed and wanted. Steve will also be taking additional coursework in SQL at NetCom Learning to continue to keep his skills current.
