NetCom Learning has assembled the highest quality Customer Service members, the best Learning Consultants, and the most talented Training Delivery team. Each client is assigned a personal Learning Consultant and a personal Customer Service member. We make it easy for you to focus on your training because we handle everything else.
During training, NetCom Learning students can rely on their personal Customer Service member and Learning Consultant for all their needs. We provide you with meals and refreshments during your training so that you can stay focused. Each week, NetCom Learning organizes a "Wine & Cheese" gathering to reward our valued clients.

To ensure that we continue to provide the best IT training in the industry, we issue evaluations and surveys to all our students. On the first day of training, students receive a first-day evaluation form. This gives us a chance to fix any issues before they can further affect the training. At the end of training, students receive an instructor evaluation, giving them the opportunity to rate and explain how well their Instructor performed. They also fill out a last-day evaluation for rating and explaining their entire NetCom experience.
