Russell Sarder is known as the CEO of Learning for his passionate mission to increase lifelong learning. As Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of NetCom Learning, which he started at age 24, NetCom Learning has grown to a successful multi-million dollar enterprise with learning centers in New York, Philadelphia, Las Vegas, and Washington DC. His passion for learning influences everything he does; including the development of an educational video channel SarderTV, where CEOs, educators and presidents of organizations discuss their secrets of success and the importance of education. Russell is also the award winning author of the book, "Learning: Steps to Becoming a Passionate Lifelong Learner" which was a selection chosen by the Newark Peace Education Summit which was attended by the XIVth Dalai Lama. As a philanthropist, Russell Sarder awards monthly scholarships to students in information technology allowing them to use the $2500 scholarship toward NetCom Learning courses and he also acts as an angel investor for promising startup companies.
In recognition of his work, Russell was honored as the founder and CEO of a top ten Asian American Business by the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce. He is also the recipient of the Gold Stevie Award for Executive of the Year from the American Business Awards. NetCom Learning has also received its share of awards including being Microsoft's Worldwide Learning Solutions Partner of the Year and was listed three times in Inc. Magazine's list of fastest growing companies. Previous to co-founding NetCom Learning, Russell created a million dollar dot.com business called angryman.com.
As Chief Financial Officer, David comes to NetCom Learning with over thirty years of financial experience for both private and publicly traded companies, to direct all financial aspects of the company, interface with the financial community and oversee budgeting and accounting practices As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Grand Toys International, David helped grow the company from a $10 million operation to $150 million in less than 2 years. In addition, David is focused on setting and achieving company profitability targets and plans for growth, mergers and acquisitions, capital funding, capital management, and creating a location based profit and loss model for the company.
Prior to joining NetCom Learning, David was the Engagement Partner for Tatum, a Randstad Company, and held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Zoo Entertainment Inc, Grand Toys International, Atari and Marvel Entertainment. In his extensive professional experience, David has led financial, IT and HR groups in various organizations with operations in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Mexico.
David holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and he is also a Certified Public Accountant.
As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of NetCom Learning, Mudit draws from more than 17 years industry experience to his role as leader of the training operation and customer service teams, bringing value to NetCom Learning customers through consulting, education and ongoing engagement. A high performance executive, successful in envisioning, implementing and managing operations in highly competitive environments, Mudit created a profitable learning division at NetCom, increasing revenue by over 400%. His dynamic executive style and forward thinking strategic planning and execution has helped NetCom Learning become an award winning and highly successful provider of information technology learning in the competitive training industry environment.
He has been instrumental in bringing IT, business and executive learning & certification solutions to companies, government agencies and IT professionals. Mudit is also responsible for creating the boot camp division at NetCom Learning, nationally recognized for its intensive high quality training, which offers IT professionals the opportunity to prepare for IT certifications in a short period of time.
Mudit holds a B. Tech, from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Delhi, India and he has an earned an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Outside of work, Mudit enjoys road trips with his family and loves to play chess.
As Chief Technology Officer, Adam draws from more than 18 years of product and technology leadership to oversee all of NetCom Learning's software development, technology and infrastructure. Prior to joining NetCom Learning, Adam held the position of manager of the ibm.com website and was instrumental in helping to grow the company's website leading to a 400% increase in online sales. While at IBM, Chng was the webmaster for IBM's Deep Blue vs. Gary Kasparov chess match in which the computer won. Adam was also responsible for launching the social portal angryman.com which was the top 50 sites in the world in 2000 created by NetCom Learning's CEO Russell Sarder.
In his spare time, Adam likes to spend time with his family and he loves to cook.
As Accounting Manager, James applies his decades of experience in all aspects of corporate accounting to the task of overseeing NetCom Learning's financial goals, operations and streamlining the accounting process. Previous to joining NetCom Learning, he was in charge of the finance department at CenterCare Inc. He also held senior accounting positions at American Agip Company and LeFrak Organization.
James holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance from St. John's University in Jamaica, New York. In his spare time, James likes to spend time with family and friends and enjoys kickboxing classes several times a week.
As the Software Development Lead, Brian brings 17 years in software development to developing and maintaining NetCom Learning's websites and building its award winning Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system known as Learning CMS which is the engine that drives NetCom Learning's business. With his innovation in building Learning CMS, Brian has been able to help NetCom Learning reduce costs, increase team productivity, improve operational efficiency, customer service, learners' outcome through the development of a customer relationship management system, a proposal builder application, an online registration and payment system, in addition to a customized report system which provides dynamic website updates.
Previous to joining NetCom Learning, Brian worked as a programmer and analyst for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York. He also is a Zend Certified Engineer, a Certified Internet Webmaster (CIW), Master CIW, CIW Professional, and CIW Associate.
As a Director of Learning for NetCom Learning, Daniel is responsible for growing all go-to-market channels at NetCom Learning. He has more than 21 years of enterprise IT, learning solution sales and sales management experience. Before joining NetCom Learning, Daniel was a Senior Account Executive with New Horizons Computer Learning Center in New York City where he achieved the President's Club status twelve years in a row based on sales of a million each year. He also handled more than 200 enterprise accounts and was responsible for implementing hundreds of training projects for the IT department.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from City University of New York, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
As Director of Federal Learning for NetCom Learning, Anthony is responsible for growing the Federal Learning division at NetCom Learning. He has more than 10 years of enterprise-learning solution sales experience and has been named Leader of the Month and Salesperson of the Year for NetCom Learning for three years in a row. During his time at NetCom Learning, the company has improved its sales margins each year and in 2012 had its most successful year to date in terms of sales; number of individuals trained and earned company awards. In his present position, Anthony has successfully executed change management through market and territory segmentation including the development of 6 sales territory teams.
Anthony is a native New Yorker and joined NetCom Learning in 2007. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering. In his free time, Anthony likes to spend time with his family and enjoys sports such as snowboarding, basketball, ping pong and swimming.
As Training Operation Manager, Eugenia Bachaleda brings 18 years in operations and project management to her position at NetCom Learning. In this capacity she is responsible for bringing excellent, highly qualified instructors to the NetCom Learning team and maintaining instructor quality. She is also responsible for optimizing schedules and maximizing instructor utilization. In a training operations capacity, her expertise in building high-performance service organizations ensures that learners get maximum value from their learning experience.
Prior to her current position, Bachaleda was co-founder and COO of Sitters Studio, a company that matched sitters and clients. At Sitters, her major responsibilities involved project management and operations, including opening the company's New York City and Chicago locations.
Eugenia graduated from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS with a BA in Music, concentration in Music/Opera Performance. She went on to attend New York University and received a Master of Arts in Music and Theatre Studies. Bachaleda strives for excellence out of the office as well, being a competing Tri-Athlete having ranked in the top 30% for a completed race out of 1,600 athletes.
As Product Manager at NetCom Learning, Rinchen is responsible for developing product strategies that ensures NetCom Learning offers the most current and in demand product offerings in IT and business in the training industry. He is also responsible for ensuring the integrity of courses with proper content planning, packaging and pricing scheduling, in addition to product promotion. He also oversees the marketing lead generation program. In order to continually fine tune product offerings for increased enrollments, Khampa works closely with instructors and subject matter experts and maintains relationships with vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco and Citrix.
Rinchen holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from State University of New York in New Paltz. Among Rinchen's achievements during his tenure at NetCom Learning include the launching of the company's Las Vegas location while managing operations for the first six months. He is also a recipient of NetCom Learning's Award for Client Focused Services.
A Director of Learning, Mamunur Rashid is responsible for growing all go-to-market channels at NetCom Learning. He has more than 15 years of enterprise IT service sales and sales management experience. During Rashid's tenure at NetCom Learning the sales division activates have increased by 35%. Previous to joining NetCom Learning, Mamunur was a Director of Sales at New Horizons CLC in New York City where he led his division to record-breaking sales during challenging economic conditions. In addition he also worked as Sales Manager for Prime Tees and Corofin Inc.
He holds an A.A.S. in Computer Programming & Information Systems from the Borough of Manhattan Community College. In his spare time, Rashid likes to read and research.
As a Director of Learning and Enterprise Development Manager for NetCom Learning, Eric is responsible for growing all go-to-market channels at NetCom Learning. Eric has more than 18 years of experience in information technology in IT sales, delivering learning solutions, and sales management. He started out at NetCom Learning as Senior Corporate Learning Consultant and then moved to Director of Learning and Enterprise Development Manager. Prior to joining NetCom, Eric worked as a Senior Training Adviser for New Horizons and General Manager for E-Tek Training.
He is known as a Technology Evangelist and his IT product expertise Apple, Adobe, Agile, Cisco, Citrix, CompTIA, IBM, ITIL, Linux, Microsoft, Oracle and Vmware in addition to holding a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification. Eric is a graduate of Indiana State University.
As a Director of Learning for NetCom Learning in the Washington DC Metro area, Chuck is responsible for increasing learning solution sales at NetCom Learning. He has more than 25 years experience in IT sales management, learning solution sales and employee development. Chuck is a results driven sales director with success in managing and growing both inside and outside sales teams and building strong relationships with both support teams and customers. He has delivered consistent and outstanding customer centric service for clients seeking an outstanding learning experience. Prior to joining NetCom Learning, Chuck was the Mid-Atlantic Market Manager for Global Knowledge Training, National Sales Manager for Knowlogy Corporation, Regional Sales Manager for Learning Tree International and Senior Sales Manager for UUNET/MCI WorldCom.
He holds a B.A. In Business Administration from Westminster College in Pennsylvania.
As Marketing Manager at NetCom Learning, Leticia is responsible for the Account Support Team working directly with Sales Management and the Sales Team to generate opportunities and training demand. She oversees marketing, communication and business development efforts in regard to corporate and government clients and prospects. She has been in her present position for more than three years with specialties in business development, email and digital marketing, direct marketing, events, branding and advertising. Leticia has more than ten years of experience in the field of corporate marketing. Prior to joining NetCom, she worked in marketing for a variety of companies including Liora Manne, ND Labs, and Rivoli Industries.
Leticia is a graduate of Universidade Positivo with a major in Communications and a minor in marketing and advertising.
