His passion for learning influences everything he does; including the development of an educational video channel SarderTV, where CEOs, educators and presidents of organizations discuss their secrets of success and the importance of education. Russell is also the award winning author of the book, "Learning: Steps to Becoming a Passionate Lifelong Learner" which was a selection chosen by the Newark Peace Education Summit which was attended by the XIVth Dalai Lama. As a philanthropist, Russell Sarder awards monthly scholarships to students in information technology allowing them to use the $2500 scholarship toward NetCom Learning courses and he also acts as an angel investor for promising startup companies.
In recognition of his work, Russell was honored as the founder and CEO of a top ten Asian American Business by the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce. He is also the recipient of the Gold Stevie Award for Executive of the Year from the American Business Awards. NetCom Learning has also received its share of awards including being Microsoft's Worldwide Learning Solutions Partner of the Year and was listed three times in Inc. Magazine's list of fastest growing companies. Previous to co-founding NetCom Learning, Russell created a million dollar dot.com business called angryman.com.
As Chief Financial Officer, David comes to NetCom Learning with over thirty years of financial experience for both private and publicly traded companies, to direct all financial aspects of the company, interface with the financial community and oversee budgeting and accounting practices As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Grand Toys International, David helped grow the company from a $10 million operation to $150 million in less than 2 years. In addition, David is focused on setting and achieving company profitability targets and plans for growth, mergers and acquisitions, capital funding, capital management, and creating a location based profit and loss model for the company.
Prior to joining NetCom Learning, David was the Engagement Partner for Tatum, a Randstad Company, and held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Zoo Entertainment Inc, Grand Toys International, Atari and Marvel Entertainment. In his extensive professional experience, David has led financial, IT and HR groups in various organizations with operations in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Mexico.
David holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and he is also a Certified Public Accountant.
As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of NetCom Learning, Mudit draws from more than 17 years industry experience to his role as leader of the training operation and customer service teams, bringing value to NetCom Learning customers through consulting, education and ongoing engagement. A high performance executive, successful in envisioning, implementing and managing operations in highly competitive environments, Mudit created a profitable learning division at NetCom, increasing revenue by over 400%. His dynamic executive style and forward thinking strategic planning and execution has helped NetCom Learning become an award winning and highly successful provider of information technology learning in the competitive training industry environment.
He has been instrumental in bringing IT, business and executive learning & certification solutions to companies, government agencies and IT professionals. Mudit is also responsible for creating the boot camp division at NetCom Learning, nationally recognized for its intensive high quality training, which offers IT professionals the opportunity to prepare for IT certifications in a short period of time.
Mudit holds a B. Tech, from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Delhi, India and he has an earned an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Outside of work, Mudit enjoys road trips with his family and loves to play chess.

Prior to joining NetCom Learning, Adam held the position of manager of the ibm.com website and was instrumental in helping to grow the company's website leading to a 400% increase in online sales. While at IBM, Chng was the webmaster for IBM's Deep Blue vs. Gary Kasparov chess match in which the computer won. Adam was also responsible for launching the social portal angryman.com which was the top 50 sites in the world in 2000 created by NetCom Learning's CEO Russell Sarder.
In his spare time, Adam likes to spend time with his family and he loves to cook.

Sanjeev has over 25 years of Education Services Experience in Leading Organization Like JKT Consulting Ltd, Oracle University, Microsoft, NIIT Ltd & Aptech Ltd. Sanjeev has lead, mentored and managed large teams to achieve innovation, customer delight and meet operational excellence goals.
Before joining NetCom, Sanjeev was the Vice President of Education Services at JKT Consulting Ltd. Under his guidance, JKTC was awarded the best instructor lead centre by SAP India.
Earlier at Oracle University, Sanjeev as the Principal Sales Consultant headed the Oracle Public Batch offering in India. Additionally, he was responsible for creating learning solutions for various niche markets thus influencing Oracle University India's public class offering strategy by interfacing with hiring organizations and assimilating skill gap information.
Sanjeev also led all marketing activities and support for Oracle University India's offerings.
Sanjeev started his career with NIIT Limited in 1987 as a Technical Trainer where he rose to the position of Vice President of National Sales & Marketing.
As the Vice President, Sanjeev was responsible for growth, Managing revenues, Capacity utilization at production area's and profitability in the product lines.
He holds a Degree in Science and hold various Diplomas in Quality & Sales Management. Sanjeev lives in New Delhi, India and is married.
As Accounting Manager, James applies his decades of experience in all aspects of corporate accounting to the task of overseeing NetCom Learning's financial goals, operations and streamlining the accounting process. Previous to joining NetCom Learning, he was in charge of the finance department at CenterCare Inc. He also held senior accounting positions at American Agip Company and LeFrak Organization.
James holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance from St. John's University in Jamaica, New York. In his spare time, James likes to spend time with family and friends and enjoys kickboxing classes several times a week.
Phil Weinzimer is president of Strategere Consulting, the services firm that partners with clients to develop business and IT strategies that impact business outcomes. Previously Mr. Weinzimer was Managing Principal- Professional Services for IT Business Management at BMC Software. Mr. Weinzimer also held Managing Principal positions in the Professional Services organizations of ITM Software, CAI, and Sapient. Management experience includes executive positions in the defense and manufacturing industries in the areas of Vendor Management, Materials Management, Operations, and Finance. Mr. Weinzimer's consulting experience includes building and leading consulting practices, selling Professional Services, managing multiple engagements and implementing services. Industry experience is in Health Care, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, and Financial Services industries. Mr. Weinzimer uses creative and innovative coaching techniques-through workshops-to enhance new organizational skills, knowledge, and teamwork in IT Strategy, Process Redesign, and Organizational Change.
Mr. Weinzimer is author of The Strategic CIO: Changing The Dynamics of the Business Enterprise (October 2014-Taylor and Francis), which focuses on how strategic CIOs leverage information and technology for competitive advantage. His first book, Getting it Right! Creating Customer Value for Market Leadership, published by John Wiley, focuses on transforming an organization along a 3P Strategy; helping people Prepare to work together as a team, Perceive customer needs, and Provide new products and services that create sustainable and profitable value. Mr. Weinzimer speaks regularly on the subject of strategic CIOs and writes on the subject for, CIO.com and AITS.com. He also conducts video interviews for SARDER-TV focusing on IT Strategy. Mr. Weinzimer also is co-author of a Harvard Case study.
As a Director of Learning for NetCom Learning, Daniel is responsible for growing all go-to-market channels at NetCom Learning. He has more than 21 years of enterprise IT, learning solution sales and sales management experience. Before joining NetCom Learning, Daniel was a Senior Account Executive with New Horizons Computer Learning Center in New York City where he achieved the President's Club status twelve years in a row based on sales of a million each year. He also handled more than 200 enterprise accounts and was responsible for implementing hundreds of training projects for the IT department.
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from City University of New York, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Gary Beach's career spans over three decades in the information technology media business. He has held executive posts at McGraw-Hill on Data Communications, the world's first digital networking magazine, and at International Data Group where he was publisher of Network World, Computerworld and CIO Magazine.
Mr. Beach contributed technology commentaries to National Public Radio's "All Things Considered" and "Morning Edition" programs for four years and appeared regularly for a decade on CNBC's "Squawk Box" and "Squawk on the Street" programs where he spoke about technology investment and acquisition trends.
In August 2013 John Wiley and Sons published Mr. Beach's book "The U.S. Technology Skills Gap" which critics acclaim as the "best contextual history of STEM education written". In 2014 he began an assignment as a guest columnist for The Wall Street Journal where he writes regularly on the topic of technology talent.
In 1994, from the Roosevelt Room of the White House, he launched Tech Corps, a non-profit that continues to challenge IT executives to introduce and share the excitement of technology with young Americans. He remains chairman of the board of Tech Corps.
Roseanna DeMaria is the Founder and Principal of The DeMaria Group. Ms. DeMaria's 20 plus years of business and management experience is broad based, from government to start-ups to Fortune 50 corporations. Roseanna's leadership skills and business results consistently achieved industry and Board recognition and her strategy, innovation and values-based approach to people development have been studied, imitated and admired. Her work has been featured in Primetime Live, CNN FN, Fox 5, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and numerous industry publications.
Additionally, She is the Chief Learning Officer and Adjunct Associate Professor for New York University's Leadership and Human Capital Management Program. Her courses include: Organizational Behavior, Managing In A Global Economy, Business Strategy and Ethics, and Managing Inclusion and Cultural Diversity. Her teaching has been described as uniquely transformational.
Roseanna was First Vice President of Leadership & Performance at Merrill Lynch where she was responsible for global talent management, which includes performance management, talent review, the Chief Learning Office, and succession planning. She created Merrill Lynch University, a firm wide e-learning platform, and the firm's first global management program. She led the Women's Leadership Program and the development of the top-of-the house along with executive coaching and the creation of integrated performance systems.
Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Roseanna was the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for AT&T Wireless.
In 1997, Roseanna received the Cellular Telephone Industry Association President's Award and was described as the undisputed pioneer and leader in the wireless industry's aggressive campaign for network security. She has taken the leadership role in preventing unauthorized use of wireless services. In that same year, Roseanna received the AT&T Board of Director's prestigious Catherine B. Cleary Woman of the Year Award recognizing the corporation's outstanding woman manager. Wireless Week selected her as one of the top 50 wireless industry newsmakers to watch in 1997 and one of the wireless industry's 25 most influential women in 1999.
Robert oversees Ketchum's learning and development function, including Ketchum.s ethics policies and practices. Robert has extensive experience in learning and development, including corporate learning, e-learning, adult development, leadership development, and creativity and innovation. He has applied this learning in a variety of roles including consulting, professional services, and executive management, and since April 2002 in the public relations industry. He worked for 12 years in marketing and merchandising with Wrangler Brand Apparel, and 14 years in executive development with the Center for Creative Leadership, consistently ranked in the top ten globally among leadership providers by the Financial Times. Robert was named partner by Ketchum in March, 2005.
Robert brings his own line management experience to his learning and ethics efforts. Previously, Robert worked with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). During his 14 years with CCL he designed and delivered creativity and leadership programs for Global 1000 firms worldwide, as well as bringing the institution's leadership products into the online environment. Before CCL, he was vice president and director of marketing for Wrangler Brand Apparel. He began his career as a Peace Corps volunteer in Haryana, India. Mr. Burnside holds a 1999 Master in Business Administration degree from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Wake Forest University.
As ETS's Vice President and Chief Learning Officer, T.J. Elliott has overall responsibility for those processes that share knowledge, develop people & organizations, assure appropriate collaborative workspaces, and enable growth and innovation across the enterprise. He is charged with identifying and helping ETS implement new and better ways to work in an increasingly competitive marketplace, as well as for ensuring that the organization capitalizes on the skills and talents of its employees to achieve its mission.
Elliott received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Manhattan College and Nova Southeastern University, respectively. He is co-author of Decision DNA (Emerald) and wrote the foreword to the 2008 Second Edition of Work-Based Learning: Bridging Knowledge and Action in the Workplace (Wiley) by Joe Raelin, as well as a chapter in 2014's Smarter Innovation: Using Interactive Processes to Drive Better Business Results, (Ark) edited by Katrina Pugh.
As a Director of Learning and Enterprise Development Manager for NetCom Learning, Eric is responsible for growing all go-to-market channels at NetCom Learning. Eric has more than 18 years of experience in information technology in IT sales, delivering learning solutions, and sales management. He started out at NetCom Learning as Senior Corporate Learning Consultant and then moved to Director of Learning and Enterprise Development Manager. Prior to joining NetCom, Eric worked as a Senior Training Adviser for New Horizons and General Manager for E-Tek Training.
He is known as a Technology Evangelist and his IT product expertise Apple, Adobe, Agile, Cisco, Citrix, CompTIA, IBM, ITIL, Linux, Microsoft, Oracle and Vmware in addition to holding a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification. Eric is a graduate of Indiana State University.
As Marketing Manager at NetCom Learning, Leticia is responsible for the Account Support Team working directly with Sales Management and the Sales Team to generate opportunities and training demand. She oversees marketing, communication and business development efforts in regard to corporate and government clients and prospects. She has been in her present position for more than three years with specialties in business development, email and digital marketing, direct marketing, events, branding and advertising. Leticia has more than ten years of experience in the field of corporate marketing. Prior to joining NetCom, she worked in marketing for a variety of companies including Liora Manne, ND Labs, and Rivoli Industries.
Leticia is a graduate of Universidade Positivo with a major in Communications and a minor in marketing and advertising.
